CRM Coordinator
Sisu Group is a fast growing iGaming startup with offices in Tallinn and Malaga, and over 120 team members. Our offerings are 100% cloud-based, capable of seamless scaling across different regions and brands. So far in 2024, we have successfully launched two brands, ReSpin and Epicbet, on our proprietary platform. Sisu Group is founded by iGaming veteran Jan Svendsen, who previously founded Coolbet, NordicBet and Triobet. The majority of the company is owned by staff, with secured funding totalling €21M.
As the CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance player engagement, retention, and loyalty. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, analyse data-driven insights, and execute targeted communication plans that drive measurable results. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless and engaging player experience, maximising player lifetime value, and contributing to the growth and success of our platform.
Your Skills and Experience:
1 + years of CRM Coordinator/Executive experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of player behaviour, player segmentation, and player lifecycle management
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act upon data insights
Excellent communication skills with a creative and customer-centric approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to have:
Proficiency in CRM software, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
Familiarity with iGaming regulations and responsible gaming practices is a plus
Your will be responsible for:
Strategic Campaign Management:
Devise and implement CRM strategies, tailoring campaigns for player segments with compelling messaging and promotions.
Execute lifecycle marketing initiatives, including welcome, retention, reactivation, and win-back campaigns.
Coordinate with creative teams to craft impactful localized content for emails, SMS, push notifications, and web messages.
Implement personalization tactics for relevant, timely communication that enhances player engagement.
Data-Driven Optimization:
Analyze campaign performance and player behavior data to inform actionable improvements.
Monitor KPIs, such as engagement, conversion rates, retention, and revenue, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Conduct A/B tests to fine-tune campaign elements and drive continuous enhancements.
Collaborative Cross-Functional Approach:
Work closely with product, marketing, analytics, and support teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
Compliance and Responsible Gaming:
Ensure CRM activities adhere to industry regulations and responsible gaming practices.
Stay updated on legal requirements related to player communication and data privacy.
