Sisu Group is a fast growing iGaming startup with offices in Tallinn and Malaga, and over 140 team members. We are on a mission to revolutionise iGaming and sports betting by creating the next-generation platform and products. Our offerings are 100% cloud-based, capable of seamless scaling across different regions and brands. So far in 2024, we successfully launched two brands, ReSpin and Epicbet, on our proprietary platform. Sisu Group is founded by iGaming veteran Jan Svendsen, who previously founded Coolbet, NordicBet and Triobet. The majority of the company is owned by staff, with secured funding totalling €21M.

As the Game Coordinator, you will be presented with a distinctive opportunity to become a part of an expanding global iGaming technology firm, playing a pivotal role in orchestrating the gaming landscape and influencing its presence across diverse international markets.

Reporting to the Chief Gaming Officer, this role will be situated on-site in Tallinn, Estonia.

Your skills And Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming sector
Strong command of the English language
Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs)
Ability to handle routines effectively
Good skills in planning and prioritisation
Solid grasp and genuine interest in casino games
Detail-oriented mindset

What you will do:

Overseeing the launch of new casino games and positioning them on multiple brands
Managing game data, certificates, and RTP information

Testing games for functionality across different currencies and markets
Foster strong relationships with game providers to ensure mutual success and satisfaction
Ensuring game compliance in our operational markets
Evaluate game performance through analysis
Keep game roadmaps and key dates updated for Casino/CRM visibility
Assist the marketing team with Casino & Games campaigns
Assisting first-line support with game-related inquiries

Location: Tallinn, working hybrid - 4 in the office and a day remote.
