Account (VIP) Manager
Sisu Group is a fast growing iGaming startup with offices in Tallinn and Malaga, and over 150 team members. We are on a mission to revolutionize iGaming and sports betting by creating the next-generation platform and products. Our offerings are 100% cloud-based, capable of seamless scaling across different regions and brands. So far in 2024, we have successfully launched two brands, ReSpin and Epicbet, on our proprietary platform. Sisu Group is founded by iGaming veteran Jan Svendsen, who previously founded Coolbet, NordicBet and Triobet. The majority of the company is owned by staff, with secured funding totalling €21M.
We are looking for a passionate and driven Account (VIP) Manager who will take ownership of managing our High Value Customers and delivering a top-tier loyalty experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who excels at building strong relationships, providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement and value. You'll work closely with our most valuable players across all brands, ensuring they receive personalised support and a seamless experience. If you have a solid background in VIP or account management within online gaming or hospitality—and enjoy being on the front line with high-impact clients—this role is for you.
Your Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years proven experience in Key Account Management or VIP management, preferably within the online gaming or hospitality industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Keen eye for detail with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain professionalism and handle stress effectively.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

You will be responsible for:
Managing day-to-day relationships with High Value Customers across all brands, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
Acting as the primary point of contact for VIP players, providing top-level support via chat, phone, and email.
Executing retention and reactivation offers for High Value and potential High Value users to support revenue goals.Monitoring player activity and behavior to identify trends, preferences, and potential issues.
Coordinating and delivering targeted campaigns and rewards in collaboration with the CRM and marketing teams.
Collecting feedback from VIP players and relaying insights to improve customer experience and offerings.
Supporting responsible gaming practices and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Staying informed on industry trends and competitor activity to better serve our High Value Customers.
