CX Product Owner
Sisu Group is a fast growing iGaming startup with offices in Tallinn and Malaga, and over 150 team members. Are you passionate about solving complex problems and building meaningful tools that enhance compliance, protect players, and improve customer journeys?
We’re looking for a CX Product Owner to take ownership of a cross-functional IT team, responsible for some of the most business-critical parts of our platform - from fraud prevention and license compliance to customer onboarding and AI-powered support.
In this role, you’ll coordinate with stakeholders from Compliance, Sustainable Gaming, AML, Fraud, Customer Support, and Tech to translate their needs into clear, actionable development work. You’ll work closely with two department specific development teams, BI team and QA, to ensure everything we build is effective, tested, and measurable.
Your Skills and Experience:
2+ years in the iGaming industry
Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar delivery-focused role
Strong understanding of agile delivery processes and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
Comfortable working with development teams and translating stakeholder needs into technical deliverables
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities across teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
You will be responsible for:
Building fraud prevention tools that reduce risk and save the company money by detecting and blocking suspicious behavior
Developing sustainable gaming features that help ensure a safe and responsible playing environment for our customers
Automating compliance and support processes, including player verification, risk assessments (AML, fraud, sustainable gaming), and chatbot integrations
Collaborating with BI to ensure all features are properly tracked, measured, and guided by data insights
Optimizing the player journey through seamless registration, login, authentication, and account verification processes
Supporting new market launches and license rollouts, which often require intensive development efforts to meet local regulatory standards
