Payments Product Manager
Sisu Group is a fast growing iGaming startup with offices in Tallinn and Malaga, and over 150 team members. Are you passionate about payments, data, and delivering smooth user experiences? We’re looking for a Payments Product Manager to take ownership of the technical and analytical side of our payments setup. In this role, you’ll be responsible for optimising routing logic, analysing provider performance, supporting PSP integrations, and ensuring our customers enjoy seamless and secure deposit and withdrawal experiences.
You’ll work closely with internal teams like CX, Treasury, BI, Product, and Tech, as well as with external PSPs, to constantly improve the performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of our payments infrastructure.
Your Skills and Experience:
2+ years of hands-on experience working with PSPs in a product-focused role in iGaming, excluding operations or finance roles
Strong analytical mindset with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools (Power BI a plus)
Comfortable with error codes, routing logic, and technical provider documentation
Confident communicator who can coordinate across multiple teams and manage external relationships
Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, a true team player, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
Fluent in written and spoken English
Experience with PaymentsIQ or cryptocurrency payment methods is a plus
Your will be responsible for:
Managing and continuously improving routing of payment volumes to reduce costs and enhance user experience
Analysing provider pricing and performance and supporting negotiations with both existing and potential partners
Supporting the integration and maintenance of PSPs, including gathering technical requirements, helping with testing, and coordinating go-lives
Monitoring daily payment errors and working with tech teams and PSPs to resolve issues efficiently
Maintaining up-to-date documentation on routing logic, technical flows, and error handling
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure payment processes run smoothly and securely
Taking ownership of critical issues, escalating risks, and supporting reporting to management as needed
